If anyone says that this is RNG, then this is horribly designed. I agree it shouldn't even every wave. But if you put a skillpoint into it and have to wait 4 minutes. Its a useless skillpoint.
Theorex1 votesDid it in practice tool as well. From Level 3 off the fountain it look 8 waves. Before a balloon came to my lane.
Please tell me that I don't have to pray to god that I have to have good RNG for balloon early game as well. Because if that is the case. Then I shouldn't even put a point into my W until post 5.
TheLastShadow451 votesIf you don't put a point in W early because you are relying on the balloons then you are using it wrong. You need it for when the enemy team uses their SS(Summoner Spells) and items.
Theorex1 votesI mean, its part of the skill. Also sometimes its hard to pick up a skill from the enemies if.
1: They burn Flash heal under tower.
2: The enemy jungler comes and starts clearing the wave when you are low.
3: you will miss the back timing and the other laner will come back and get the lead before you.
