Can't Block People After Reporting Them [CLIENT]

Simply, in the post game lobby if I report someone it does not give me the option to block them. It grays out the block option, and I can still see their messages in the chat. However if I block them and then report it works fine. Not sure if just me that is afflicted with this problem.

I'm also having a bug where I can't block people at all, even if I haven't reported them yet. The block option isn't grayed, it lights up, but it doesn't go through.
