[CLIENT] STILL CAN'T BLOCK TROLLS

In a recent match the two biggest trolls have this unusual inability attached to their summoner names whereby I cannot block them in post game lobby.

the SUPER FEEDER AND EARLY SURRENDER SPAMMER zed (on my team)

and the

OBVIOUS SCRIPTING CHEATER yasuo (on the other team)

everyone else has the block option in black and i can select them as normal.

...in other words this isn't just a coincidence, this is some stupid badly coded hack which must have accidentally or intentionally affected the ability to block these trolls in the post game lobby. Why doesn't riot look into this?
