I've been seeing quite a few bugs recently...

Here are a list of things I've seen:

1. Zed - Got stuck between 2 minions and was forced into a running animation in place, couldn't attack or move until the minions died
2. Jax - Had 100% health but on the HUD it said I had 0/2800
3. Kayn - I ran straight through Azir's ultimate (I wasn't using ability)
4. Kayn - Enemy Kayn used W but the animation and hitbox were completely out of sync, the animation showed up in a different direction
5. Death Recap - I died to Tristana but it said that she was using silver bolts, which is Vayne's ability, and she was on my team
