Why won't my grass rustles whenever I go in?

Usually when someone goes into bushes, the grass tends to rustle when walking through. But in my computer, it just stays still as I go in.

Am I missing a file or something? I love these little environment clarity the game has, and I need my bush to be rustled :'( Really need a Red's help on this.
