Probem With IP

My IP is stuck at 272. It currently says i have 1268, but when i go to buy a rune it says i have 272. I tried restarting my computer and game, its still 272. I went to do another game, go 100 IP, still 272 IP. How do I fix this?

I am having a similar problem but so far it seems only to have the bug when I am trying to buy runes. When I attempted to buy a 450 IP champion it displayed the correct amount of IP on the purchase screen. If I try to buy any runes it displays an incorrect lesser amount of IP.

I am also having the same problem, exclusively with runes. I can buy anything except runes and It keeps saying that I'm at 41 IP when I'm not.
