NEED HELP >O<

I've been recently having the Bugsplay Error whenever I open LoL (on the loading screen). I've tried reporting the issue as a ticket, but it ultimately came down to me using a VPN (which I tried) and fixing something with the router. I know it isn't a router problem because the internet works fine in my computer, and this hasn't happened before. Nothing has changed with my router, and I believe the problem resides in an LoL file. I've tried the hextech repair tool, reinstalling the game and the troubleshoot button in the settings, but somehow this made the problem worse by giving me the bugsplat error WHEN I LOG IN!!! HOW??? Please help!!
