Press 'Accept' on Solo Queue Matchmaking Found...given the message as though I pressed 'Cancel'?

So, I don't know why it happened this many times but I risked losing LP (enough 'refusals' of matchmaking eventually cause LP loss) before it finally went through as normal but this is BS. I didn't just have the mouse to the far side of the checkmark and accidently nudged my mouse a touch to the 'X' and misclick, I was dead-centre every time and it decided to just cancel. It wasn't even a case of lag which would have been frustrating but, at least, understandable to a degree.

I don't know if it will pop up again or not, but I just wanted to take a moment and say something in the off-chance it is something that may have 'hiccup'd, if you will, for more than just myself.

Thank you for your time and I hope this was just a terribly small, random thing that just doesn't rear its ugly head again.
