Vi w ArmorReduction works not on Drake and Herald but on Small Camps?

Is this intended? I played practice tool and i didn't get the 20% armorreduction on airdrake or herald shown. But it works on small camps with positiv armor like Blue, Gromp, Big Wolf, Bug Raptor Big Krug and Scuttler. Sounds like a Bug for me, I played Neon Strike Vi btw. Would be nice if the armorreduction would work on all targets (maybe even tower whic didn't work too but this would maybe be to much of a buff. mabye keep it in mind for diverupdate/minirework)
