Reksai's Q cleave doesn't proc Hunter's Talisman effect (Tooth)

Was playing as Reksai, going up against Raptors after getting a Stalker's Blade upgrade, and noticed that her Q attacks don't trigger the "Tooth" effect (the burn) unless you directly attack them or use her burrowed Q. This is extremely detrimental to Reksai's jungling because she already has bad sustain issues.
