Title. Bought Distortion upgrade for my Ninja Tabi in a recent Darius game.

Ghost had no cooldown, and I could repeatedly use it for a permanent speed boost.

Was this on live? Maybe you could recreate this and record it. I might also try this, because if it got past PBE, this needs hotfixed.
