[Gameplay] Enemy teleport particles visible through fog of war!

So I was playing a game after installing 5.1 and I noticed something bizarre. While I was mid either the enemy Shaco or Shyvana teleported into an unwarded bush that was nowhere near my field of vision, and while I could not see which champion it was (they both had Teleport) I could clearly see the particles from the teleport summoner spell.
