rune page reordering gone

The mastery edit tool, used to have a drag-n-drop reorder feature.

THe new rune pages, look and feel very similar to the same basic UI as the old mastery pages... but they dont allow reordering. With 20 pages, having grouping is REALLY important. Please bring that ability back.
