End-Game Screen Lag

I'm starting to get really frustrated with this bug. At the end of every game, win or lose, I have to wait 10 minutes for it to stop telling me that I'm in a game that already ended before I can do ANYTHING else. I've tried repairing, tried making it so that it has to reopen after every game, but no matter what it still takes 10 minutes to load unless I decide to use task manager to close it (It won't even let you close the darn thing when this happens without task manager, which is infuriating) and then reopen it, which fixes it almost instantly.
