[Client] Launcher Install 0 kb

***EDIT: Ok, so I tried again, caressed it and whispered encouragement to it (no joke) and eventually it got up to like 83% then went to 0 kb. However, left it on, went to the bathroom, got some food, swept, and when I came back it was set to Launch and everything was fine. So... encourage it and pet the screen or something. And also be patient. **

On a side note because everyone cares obviously, on my old computer I had to play League with Medium Characters and very low everything else just to get 20-30 fps, but on this, with very high everything and shadows, I get 30-40 fps. SO EXCITED FOR THE SR VU.

Got a new laptop because my old one was dying. This new one unfortunately runs on Windows 8 (i believe 8.1 to be specific) and when trying to install League for the first time on it: after taking a long time to scan files, it will start the install or whatever process. Eventually the whole thing will just halt, saying 230 gb (0 kb) after being numbers in the thousands for a while. The kb is usually around 2500 to 3300 until the launcher decides it's too good for windows 8. I've tried relaunching it as administrator multiple times, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Launcher from the website, I've tried just sorta waiting like 5 minutes for it to change from 0 kb to anything productive, nothing. Next I'm going to try totally restarting my computer and seeing if it will work then. I've been trying to play League on this thing since about 5 pm. It's currently 11:42.
