[CLIENT] Bilgewater Reward Tracker Not Updating Progress

Okay, I think that the reward tracker for the Bilgewater event isn't updating correctly. I'm trying to earn the TF icon (25000 gold in ARAM and 50 assists). It says "It's taking up to two minutes to see progress towards your reward" under it, so I figure, okay, I can see it after each second game.

First game:

Alistar, 22 assists, 10k gold.

Then I didn't check it, and went to another ARAM game:

Rammus, 30 assists, 12k gold (Assist goal met)

So I check it. Still shows 0 for both. I chalked it up to volume of traffic on the client because of the event, and moved to a third ARAM game, figuring it'll show the progress on the second game by the time I finish.

Sivir, 11 assists, 9k gold (Gold goal met)

I check it again. Still shows 0s. I log out, and log back in. Still shows 0s.

EDIT: It's been an hour since the first game. Still 0s for both.

Is anyone else having this issue? During the Shurima event, I didn't have this issue with progress updating on the event site. Could it be a glitch relating to them tracking it on the client?
