RIOT! Constant chat dissconnection and unable to reconnect until about 8'th time trying!

This has been happening a lot to me and I'm sure others. In match I can chat fine, but after match or even before match I will get disconnected from chat and when it tells me that I can try to reconnect manually and I click reconnect, it will fail anywhere between 3 and 9 times to connect. While this has had no impact in game, before matches I can't see what rolls everyone has called which has lead to me taking someones called roll more than once! Because of that, this has not only upset me, but also a few people in my teams in draft Q!
