sometimes I hear him loudly from across the map whether hes on my team or not, kinda like that zombie brand bug that happened where you could hear him whenever he was visible, but with jhin its only sometimes edit: seems to be when he recalls
Can confirm, happened in my game too according to the people in my voice chat, followed by me spamming recall. Best bug ever, lets be honest.

But I think you can ONLY hear his voice during his Backport.

Same, seems to be muted now, also he seems to be midsing a lot if voice line from using ult, loading 4th shot and enemy stepping on his e as well
are they gonna fix it ?
