Renekton Dash Bug and Zyra Passive Bug {Gameplay}

I will post a video or screenshot when I am able to access LOL and play.

First Bug: Renekton Dash

When I play Renekton and use my dash, whether its once or twice, my mouse is stuck to the sword icon or the sort of cross-air. This doesn't allow me to click on anything. I can't use pings (both normal, mini map, every kind of ping), the mini map is unclickable, I can't click on other players/minions/towers to have their info at the top. I essentially can just right click and use my skills.

1.Dash (once or twice) 2.Mouse is stuck as sword or cross-air 3. Can't click on anything

It happens every time I play renekton. No exception.

Second bug: Zyra Passive

Once I die with Zyra, the passive acts the exact same as the Renekton bug above except that it'll "unbug" after some time. I have no idea what the trigger is to unbug it. It happens if I don't randomly left or right click anywhere on the screen before the shot lands and I officially die.
