Talon Passive Stacking Bug vs Kled
Talon vs Kled passive bug
Was playing a game last night as talon vs a kled and noticed that many times my passive would not stack on the second part of talon's w even though both parts of the w were landing and damaging kled. Happened many times during the game and I'll include 2 replays, one at normal speed and the other slowed down. Since most of talon's burst comes from his passive after the rework, I'll just be banning kled until it is fixed, because this will lose me games.
