Stacked Player Names + No HP Bars

This is the 2nd time this happens to me (luckily this time it was a Coop game). I press Tab and all the names are on top of each other. There are NO HP BARS EITHER ON ANYONE and my settings are to show HP bars. Restarting the client and reconnecting fixes the issue but it can ruin a ranked game before that. Interestingly, I've had the HP bars reappear + the names reorder after a few minutes in the game sometimes. My game is not corrupted or anything and this issue is quite rare.

BTW: I still get the random "locked screen" bug once every dozen games or so. It can totally ruin a game. You can't exit and reconnect while they're setting up Baron etc.
