Bugsplats in launcher when changing region and trying to run full repair. League voice visual bug

I'm having a few issues this patch. First of all I get a bug splat every single time i try running the initiate full repair on my client and when I change regions. Also every single time I get into a party with my friends the league voice interface tab is blank. So I can't see who's in the call and can't adjust volumes. Fix please.

Trying to see if reinstalling helps. But the voice interface visual bug is on two computers. Must be a game issue
