seraph still seems buggy as it doesnt give mana. combine it with akali and she starts with 40/25 mana which causes her to FIRST use her spell which will miss anything obviously and then do her assassin jump in the backline. also her manabar seems to go crazy as sometimes it just overflows and she doesnt cast her spell. only every 2nd time her manabar is full she casts it.

(also her spell can crit and phantom dancer cant dodge that which is weird. i dont think anyone can crit with a spell)

Can confirm, only this seems to affect every low mana pool champ. Tried it on lucian too. They get the 20 mana from seraphs, and then the next time they attack their mana goes back to 0 and they have to fill it up before they use their ability. The seraphs is not working as intended.

The crit not being avoided by PD is intentional I think. PD is only mean to avoid Crit from auto attacks. Although not sure if Akali ult able to crit is as intended but I think it is "as design" otherwise Assassin comps all get countered by one item... (Even Evelynn ult being dodged by PD would be very annoying, not to mention Eve is very underwhelming now).

why does she crit in the first place. it mentions nothing about it. while eve it says she does more damage to lower hp targets and her ult says "crit multiplier x2/3/4" at least it mentions crit SOMEHOW for eve but for akali? nothing

There are many things not mentioned in the tooltips. As a T4 Champion and the Highest Tier Assassin right now I feel like it's fair.
