2 bugs w/ item sets

firstly, regular potions do not appear in item sets are freshly created. my older item sets show them in game, any newer ones created do not.

secondly, lets fix the gold income items. they are not capable of being set to a specific location in your inventory, every other item is. personally i have slot 6 set to V, and move it there every game. it'd be nice if the function functioned because although this seems like it doesnt matter, its just really annoying. i dont have to move stop watches, pinks, potions, but i have to move it. its been like this for several patches,

please work on it. its probably a 5 minute fix.
