You need to be honor level 2 to receive ranked rewards?

Attitude has nothing to do with your ability to play the game, especially when it comes to getting chat restricted over something so idiotic like saying "Mundo is inting", then further on get sent to honor level 1 because it's "considered ruining that players game." As someone who doesn't play the game often at all by any means, I feel like this is completely unfair. I got chat restricted 4 months ago, and I'm still honor level 1 and still haven't become eligible to getting chests or keys.

Like, there's already a system of punishment upon receiving a chat restriction/14 day ban, it's the fact that you cannot type, you cannot use all chat, and you cannot receive free skins. Why are you taking away a once in a lifetime opportunity for players because of how shit your banning system works?

Seriously, I've been honor level 1 for 4 fucking months because I don't have the time to play the game as much as the rest of the playerbase, so it means I can't get my golden border? That's a real shame man, over something so stupid as calling someone out in all chat without being derogative in any means of any equation.
