ive been using 
alot and ive started starting gromp and 
ing it early to use its own buff on it. u get level 2 from that and then take blue, then wolves, and go back if u need to. (as u dont need to) then go to red, after red go to rock bros, and razor beaks. this works well and u can repeat it again and again. as a quick note, i like to the rock bros to get the buff, it works well if you farm alot. thoughts?

I've been doing pretty much the same thing. The only difference is I go red -> rock bros -> then B. After I return I can the chickens and then gank with the ward warning buff =D
I've been routing: Smite Gromp -> Blue -> Wolves -> Smite Krugs-> Red -> Raptors
I prefer getting Raptors or Krugs before Red, because the smite buff is more helpful and getting a buff stolen is no longer a threat. The Krug buff works really well with Warwick. I might actually consider a Smite Krugs -> Red -> Raptors -> etc. start for warwick, because the Krug buff is so strong on him, but he might get low on mana around blue buff.
It's a good path, but you lose the leashing potential of blue buff when 1:55 hits. I just smite Gromp or the Krug to get the buff, then walk to the blue/red and get a leash. Making the small camp buff a QoL thing.
Start red side, get a hard leash on golems, smite red (for HP) then do the chickens and you'll be lvl 3
Smite right away on Golems and kill, move to raptors (kill small ones first, they do the most damage), smite on 3/4 health on Red, kill wolves, smite right away on Gromp and kill, finish full clear by killing Blue. Head back to Buy items or gank top. All the Smite timers are prefect. 
i never smite red because i see it as a waist u can get a better buff from rock bros
