Can't Seem to Win

Im currently in Silver 4, a few days ago i was in Silver 2 promos to Silver 1. I won one, lost one and then lost the promos. Ever since then i've been have streaks going lose, lose, win , lose. I try duo and that only makes it worse. I try to improve and have been, but the games still go downhill. I main mid and usually win lane and if not i dont feed too hard ( 1 or 2 deaths) , i roam bot mostly pick up a kill only for them to die to the lane again anyways. I ward my lane, have good cs and i try my hardest not to flame. If the game is going well i try to tell my team "Dont baron, do drag instead" or "take towers instead of buffs" etc. They listen and somehow we still lose teamfights, that turn into towers and then barons. Overall im not asking how to get out of elo hell, im asking for some insight to get back to Silver 2 and hopefully to gold

Walk away....no that's not a joke. You're tilting...don't try arguing that fact...90% of the time we can't recognize when we are or not.

Seriously...stop playing, and not for a few hours. Take two days off...if you want that League fix...get on Twitch, lay back with a bowl of popcorn...and watch some good streamers. One...you'll pick up things that can improve your game play...and two...your brain will start to relax. After a few days...come on back...but don't play ranked. Play normal games for another few days. After things seem like they're going well and you have your mojo back...then dip back into ranked.

Everyone hits the ranked wall where nothing goes right....you've lost 2 ranks in less than a week...that's insane...you're in quicksand. The harder you struggle...the faster you sink. You need a mental palette cleanse.

If you are mid lane and win your lane. Don't just win it. Learn to dominate it. Block enemy mid laner from cs'ing. Take his tower. Pressure him all the way down mid every game. Force the enemy jungler to babysit your lane. Then buy wards so you always see their jungler coming so you can back off. If you can deny mid laner cs early and get some kills. Push down mid tower very early then it doesnt matter if other lanes are losing so much because eventually other lanes will have to come to mid and assist. Which in turn leaves your other lanes (Bot/Top) Free to farm while enemy laners are wasting time dealing with you. Once you take down mid lane tower, put some deep wards in his jungle and keep killing the jungler when you see him, get fed off mid and jungle. If your ahead, got kills, took down mid tower. Go take a giant crap on the enemy jungler and put them behind.

You need to find one or two champions that suit you and master them. Your best choices are a strong champion, and a backup one to cover the first's weaknesses. Personally I used Jax and Garen to rank up, that time Jax was really strong (close to OP), only losing to lane bullies like Renekton and Rumble. I went with Garen whenever I saw those picked or when the enemy team comp was unfavorable (Shaco/Vi jungle, Ahri mid or lots of tanks). I never really played mid lane but I guess Katarina / Ahri should be good options, paired with Zed / Yasuo for coverage. I also had Lee Sin and Thresh waiting in case my lane was taken so you need a plan B for that case too.
