Help me w/ commands

Hi guys :) Since I updated LOL, I have no idea how to see my Attack Damage, Attack Speed,Ability Power, Armor ...etc. these things you could see at the left bottom of your screen/monitor. Can somebody tell me all the commands thats available on HUD update please??? That will be wonderful :)

You can click the helm icon bottom left of your portrait or hit ctrl-c to toggle that frame off and on.

Also make sure to hit ctrl+f during a game to have your ping and fps permanently displayed on the top right!
