Hello, im Zer0 Hour and i climbed from bronze 5 to silver 5 over the last 2 or 3 months. I was doing really well mostly carrying my games, i got into silver and continued to do so and actually got to 83 lp in silver 4. After that i lost a few games then got demoted back to silver 5 and since then i have been struggling to do well in my ranked games. I even duoed with a friend of mine in bronze 4, versing people in the b3-b2 range and still fed. It seems like a tilt but its been slowly happening since i got demoted back to silver 5. I really dont know what to do, my game play hasnt changed much if anythign its gotten slightly worse and im kind of confused how i could lose the skills i had that allowed me to climb. I was hoping someone here could add me in game and help me out tell me what im doing wrong and how to fix it because at this point ive given up on myself.

This sounds more psychological than anything. I think you should take a break from Ranked for a bit, at least until you're comfortable with your playing again. Fresh air always helps when delved into a stressful environment.

After you take a day or so off (some people shoot for a week, but it varies from person to person), and come back. Start with a norm, and try to (I know it's hard) go into it with a positive mentality. Carrying a negative mindset tends to have a negative affect on your play style AKA If you go into game convinced that you're going to lose, chances are you will. Try to think back to how you played before you went on tilt vs how you played after the losing streak started. What worked? What didn't? What are strategies that worked, and what bad habits have you caught yourself doing that you could stop (ex. Giving up 1 for 1 kills or not capitalizing on opportunities). When you do something wrong, try to keep a mental note not to beat yourself up about it, but to remember "I should avoid doing this the rest of the game and in the future".

It's okay if you have to play more passively until you get your confidence back. A neutral lane is always better than a lost one. Be sure to focus on the things you found yourself doing right as much as the things you did wrong. Balancing that is key to keeping a healthy mentality. Focus too much on the good and you get cocky. Focus too much on the bad and, well, here we are in this thread.

Hope this helps.

  1. Take a break from ranked.

  2. Download a program that records your games (I recommend SkinSpotlights Replay.)

  3. Play normals for a week or two and record your games.

  4. Watch the recordings and see what mistakes you make.

Watching my own replays has really helped improve my gameplay (win rate went up 25% and I doubled my KDA.) You have to be really honest with yourself though and figure out what you do well and what you do poorly.

It mostly sounds like you're on tilt, so taking a break or playing normals might help. A few things from your match history:

  1. Make better use of your trinket. You hardly ever upgrade it, and when unupgraded you don't use it well. Upgrading yellow trinket and spamming those free wards is a really easy way to get an advantage. Also you never use your starting trinket.

  2. This might seem like nitpicking, but don't buy so many potions when playing warwick. He really doesn't need them. But maybe it's just that you always try to spend ALL your gold at the shop which also isn't a good idea. A potion or ward here and there is useful but the cost of them adds up.

  3. Work on having a good plan for your early game and sticking with it. For a lot of junglers, hard farming your first jungle item is a totally viable strategy. You can still gank if the opportunity is there, but if it's not just retreat into your jungle. You'll reach level 6 early and have your jungle item finished early as well so your ganks and teamfights will be very strong.

If you play an early game jungler, try and get that first blood and look if there's a specific lane you need to focus.
