Help as Csing for main jungler

Hi, it's kind of embarrassing to play league for 3 years now and still cs like a newbie I mean everyone gets their 100 cs at 10 minutes and I just can't do it.. even tried in custom with ahri I did 100 cs at 13 minutes (no bots, alone) and I really suck at csing with Ahri so I took a weak link.. I main jungle plat 4 of course I can keep up in the jungle no problem at all but when I go top/mid/adc I am in big trouble. things that happen to me too often:

  1. I KNOW when I should hit the minion but I just hit it a BIT sooner and miss it 2.I send the AA and it auto cancels for some reason and I miss the minion 3.just casually miss some cause they tend to die at the same moment.

maybe it's something about my mind set I mean.. it shouldn't be THAT hard .. why all those silvers and bronze get better cs than me mostly.. that makes me very mad... and then I fall behind till I just go latter and wave clear lanes like nothing and get all the gold I need mid game.. but why fall off in the first place? if only there was a way to improve, I feel stuck at this is there some trick to improve cs I am missing? why I am the only one who sucks so hard at this? I rarely ever win by CS if I win is cause I mechanically won the lane. I have 70-90 ping and 100 FPS, I always take the butcher mastery.

I main jungle and I like jungeling it's not like I am "forced" into it but I like playinmg other roles too but I don't like being the underdog by being always behind in CS of couse it wasn't a problem while I was in gold since people sucked as much as me but now I can't compete on laning pase(my normal games are high gold-low diamond level by now (not a problem when jungeling or supporting but yeah) I am tired of getting carried every single game when playing laner.

I took some coaching from my platinum friend and learned that freezing a lane and focusing on caster minions first helps with farm. If you can knock out casters in a timely manner while your wave focuses on the melee minions, you can almost always grab all of the wave while freezing the lane to your advantage.

But always keep an eye on the melee minions so you can last hit them when they get low.

EDIT: maining a champion and knowing their base damage really helps with cs. Hitting a caster and melee minion once at the start of the lane phase and seeing how much of a chunk you took really helps with champions you aren't always playing. Get the minions to knock them down right before that chunk is left and hit them ( to ensure you lay hit them if you attack slowly or have slow missile speed)

Practice. Your issues are caused by a lack of practice, every champion's AA has their specific timing (wind-up, range, travel, etc) and you won't be good at last hitting with Ahri unless you practice it with Ahri herself, for instance. I often see people asking "who should I practice with", the answer is "whoever you plan on playing", there's no reason to practice with Brand "because his AA is good" if you're actually going to play Lux. Practice on your own in a custom until you feel comfortable enough, then go practice in a real game with against someone (eventually you can ask a friend to duel you in a custom if you're not comfortable enough for a real game once you get out of your solo practice).
