Not sure about Vi being "underrated" though... Vi has been a consistently viable jungler for as long as I can remember.
While I mostly like the ideas you've got, you posted that video too early. Desperately needs editing, cutting, and clean-up, and some examples instead of one long Vi clip.
If you're going to make videos, as a rule of thumb, you have three seconds maximum to catch someone's attention before they go to something else. So in those three seconds, list the three you'll be talking about. Never introduce yourself first, don't say what's up, don't make any introductions (the title acts as the introduction), don't even form a complete sentence first, just summarize your video in a very brief statement in a way that makes them want to hear the rest.
But don't get me wrong, I like your ideas, but Galifrey's not exactly off the mark.
