Need help with a support question

I want to start off, I am not trying to blame anyone for any of my games, I am doing the complete opposite, I blame myself all the time. My question is, if my adc is on tilt or is just doing the same mistake over and over, what should I say or do to help them out. I just want to know everything about my role so I can keep improving :) <3 please respond if anyone knows how to help this situation.

You dont help them out. If they dont listen to what you say the first time then forget about them and dont waste your time its obvious they wont listen. Also dont always blame yourself. Sometimes its your fault. Sometimes its not. If your adc sucks or just having a bad game roam to other lanes, counter jungle with the jungler. Ward there jungle and kill there jungler at his camps. Stuff like that. Supports dont have to feed the adc you just gotta feed someone you can go roam top if you want, aslong as you feed someone you doing your job well. The adc getting fed would be preferable ofcourse however you cant always get your adc fed. So get someone else fed

There's a few things you can do. You can offer to help them by saying "Hey teammate, I have an idea that might make laning easier on you. Do you want to know what it is?" People are more receptive to your advice when you word it this way. They have the opportunity to decline your help or accept it. If they accept it then give your idea. If they decline it stay for a little bit and watch to see if they improve. They typically don't.

After trying the above strategy you're free to do any of the following. Ask your jungler if they want a ward placed anywhere specific in the enemy jungle. Ward dragon so your team is able to make a steal or take top lane tower in retaliation. Ward your own jungle in order to prevent counter jungling. Gank mid lane. Help with an invade.

Just communicate what you're planning on doing. Your ADC will get pissed most likely but your other teammates will appreciate your willingness to help them out.

Best thing you can do is give him vision (sightstone is a supp's best friend) by warding tribush/river, and try to help multiple lanes besides his/hers. Things have a tendency of snowballing when one gets a first objective, so winning any lane (even if it's not yours) first can usually nab a free drag/another tower.

Your preferred support champ is Jenna. As strong as Jenna can be, she may not be best soothed with any champ comp, nor a play style the adc prefers. You could try nautilus as a support champ. I usually ask the adc in lobby if they play aggressively.
