Need advice on climbing, D3 trying to get to Master, looking for Master / Ex-Masters to answer.

I'm currently D3 on my main account and there is only 33ish days left to the season.

I'm deciding Season 5 to be my last and before I leave I want to make it into Master Tier. My highest ever was Diamond 2 100 LP in Season 4 and I have been to Diamond 3 multiple times on different accounts.

I think I am a fairly consistent player, with a good control on how hard one can tilt and ability to recognize my own mistakes.

So my situation is Diamond 3 to Master Tier in 33 days and I'm able to spam games during this time frame.

I'm looking for Master or Ex-Master players to answer this question since they do have experience with this climb.

Am I able to do it, what factors do we have to take in? Match making luck? The actual consistency of my play? My skill level?

Why am I asking this? I'm asking this before I fully commit myself to 33 days of pure league of legends. I have played this game for 4-5 years and leaving with a Diamond title feels like a lost to me. But if my chances are truly slim here, I can accept this as the end of the line.

My win rate hovers 57-59ish % as of now.
