I have 6300 ip need suggestions on who i should buy and why

What roles do you play most?
Buy an ADC, you only have one ADC.
get the easy champions because it helps you learn about the game, annie, morg, garen, taric, soraka,graves
I may be biased but I'm a big fan of Thresh. Oh wait, you only own Graves as your ADC? Buy Jinx, Lucian, Ashe, Ezreal & Tristana, Corki or some ADC. You ADC pool is quite shallow.
You have little to no ADCs.

Your meta jg presence is fairly weak, too. I think Rek'Sai is the best pickup for players that don't jg but need one to fall back on--especially because you can run her with both warrior and cinderhulk. No mana management issues and good sustain as well, so you don't have to worry too much about giving red & blue away while you farm elsewhere.
If you want to pick up a high tier ADC, Jinx or Lucian are both less nuanced than Kalista. If you aren't willing to sink a lot of hours into practicing I would pick one of those two up, instead.
If you wanted to walk the middle line, you could split your 6300 and pick up two champs that are >3150ip. If you choose to split, I would pick up Vayne + Xin Zhao (6150 ip) or Olaf + Corki (6300ip). With either option you have both a fighter jg and a tank jg, and two adc's with somewhat different builds.
No matter what you do, you have a lot of good options. There aren't many champions that are just plain bad right now.

dont get baited into buying too many 6300 champs. rather buy some cheap ones first. actually i would recommend that you buy champions according to their price, starting with the cheapest, until you have all champions that cost 3xxx and below. then you can choose more freely between the 4800/6300 according to what you feel like buying.

runepages are very important (also, runes) and you should have at least 10 rune pages to make yourself feel comfortable. tho from time to time (i dont know exactly how often) there is a special offering so you can buy 2 runepages for the price of one. i would recommend to buy maybe some more runes that you would like to have and save up at least 12600 IP for the rune-page sale, so you can instantly buy +4 runepages once they are cheaper.
i mean, in the end you only play like 5 champions primarily, so you can easily do with what you have right now, as i can see you have quite a bunch of very strong champions allready.
