My situation is unique. I am currently silver 2 with a horrible mmr (I had more wins than losses and it was still bad) and would greatly appreciate some tips for climbing from higher elo players (preferably high plat and above but I'm not too picky). I main leblanc and I wish to climb using her since she is the one champ I've mastered. But you may notice that my cs is insanely low and may be thinking that "yeah, this guy is a scrub who deserves to be in silver". The reason for that is I spend a good chunk of my time warding for my team since it is pretty inadequate at this elo and roaming to make plays. A good portion of cs is taken by underfed teammates too. My question is, how do you climb if you are consistently getting fed but still losing the game due to poor team play? I can honestly say my laning mechanics are that of a high gold-low plat level, but when mid-late game comes along, I feel like many games are lost due to the team not pushing advantages and taking objectives. What ticks me off is, I still play against gold players when I'm winning and losing ~20 LP per game.

TL;DR I need tips for climbing the ladder. My leblanc mechanics are good and I have a good understanding of how to win games but I don't know how to coordinate a silver team.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I got gold!! Ty for the advice!!

You play against gold with low MMR. To see if the team MMR is more or less balanced use lolnexus ( also show everyone's rank ). I'm a former diamond player who quit the game in season 4 ( plat icon s4 RIP ), I've just started playing again. I placed silver 1 after placements, I'm now, after below 100 games ( 90 games exactly ) gold 1 with a plat III-II MMR. Your issue is you blame your team.

It's never your team fault, always yours, that's how you need to see it to improve. What did you do wrong, what could you have done better ? Also, you play leblanc, a champion that isn't very helpful for the team, play a champion that win the game, not the lane. Example for mid lane ( since you seem to play mid lane ) are Viktor who has huge teamfight threat or Ahri who can gank lanes extremely well with her ultimate.

Little thing I'd like to add: 5 people doing something stupid is better than 4 people doing something stupid & you getting caught or your team dying due to you not being there.

Honestly, unless your ADC is really in need of gold, you don't need to be giving up farm. The order for farm is ADC>Mid>Top>Jungle>Support. If your top laner is behind on farm, let him take a side wave or something, but you don't need to give up waves of CS to get your top laner a little bit.

Warding and roaming is done when you have the lane pushed in. If your opponent recalls, push the lane to tower, ward, and start roaming. If the roam is successful, you back with probably a dragon and all the gold that you got from the kill(s) and farm from the pre-roam time. If it's unsuccessful, you still needed to back because your opponent just did.

instead of missing farm to ward, aoe clear the wave and then place your wards and roam. Although leblanc has never been a farm relient champion, this is how it should be done.

if you are fed but not carrying, it means you are getting nothing from the feed. Once you win lane, roam bot and kill them, it will either be a turret or drag in most situations, sometimes both.

I would avoid roaming top. The reason is that if you go top, the other mid and their jungle can go drag, or to your botlane and even if you get a kill and top turret, you will lose more than you gain from roaming.

Consider mid game to buy a sweeping lens, or pink wards. This will allow you to catch out dumb squishy supports that are a free 300 gold for you. Just lie in wait in a cleared brush, and kill them when they come by.

If you see their jungle top, it could be an opportunity to take drag with your jungle. Be aware that not all jungles can do this early on, but its a simple shotcall that not everyone makes.

I noticed that in your last game, you only farmed 5 of your jungles creeps. While it can be bad to take your jungle's farm, you also need to snowball yourself and farm. Not to mention that your jungle isn't a devourer build, so they don't need the farm that badly.

I notice you are using armor seals on mid laners. This is generally bad, as mid laners get levels faster than at least 3 other champs on the team. Get hp per lvl seals. If you really feel that you need armor in lane, you could start cloth/5pot.

into a zed lane, I wouldn't take mr glyphs, consider using different runes for this matchup and many others... LB to me seems like a bursty assassin, not a slightly tanky with a decent amount of damage mage. This means take magic pen glyphs.

Your masteries are good, but I would prefer to take points out of Butcher and Feast to put into Double edge sword and Expose weakness.

GA is bad on LB, your defensive item is zhonyas, and if you need more go Banshees( it will negate a thresh hook, elise stun, and a zed ult if they are the first ability) yes im looking at your last game.

But instead of going GA, I would take Haunting Guise, the flat mpen scales really well. You could also actually get cdr in your build with a morellos.

I'm WAY lower teir than you but try Janna support its super viable and great at roaming due to speed or just play Katarina and kill everything everywhere.item 2054 FOR LIFE!

Edit: oh LB well I got nothing, but just try to ask them to grab dragon or turrents and you should win if you kill everyone that still stands

The first step would be not to blame your teammates for your low CS lol. If you can at least admit that you need to work on that aspect, then you'll improve. To be honest, it's hard for us to tell you what to improve by mere stats. We'd almost need to see you play and then give you more accurate tips. From what I can tell, your CSing seems to stop after a certain point. You probably seem to focus more on teamfights and completely forget to CS all together.
