How to Properly Use Draven's Ult

So, I play Draven about 9/10 times I go bot lane, and feel like I am starting to understand him as an attack damage carry that can consistently dish out tons of damage when played right. I have learned to use his axes very effectively, can juggle 2-3 of them at a time consistently, and punish the opposing team with 1200 damage crits. I have a general idea about how to use his other 2 basic moves, Blood Rush and Stand Aside, but have troubles using his ult. Whenever I use my ult, Whirling Death, it hits them on the first time coming back, after it usually gets reduced in damage by minions, but almost always gets dodged on the way back, where it can do the maximum amount of damage. Although it seems silly and unrealistic, this lack of the axe to come back and hit the person a second time has costed me numerous kills in lane that could give me an upper-hand on the opposing attack damage carry. I try and move to the side where the person is running to on its way back, but it always seems to go too slow to hit the person again. To all Draven enthusiasts and mains, I would like to know how I can fix this certain problem, and help me become a better Draven player in general. Any other advice on Draven's other spells (other than Spinning Axes) would be appreciated as well.

Try not to fight with minion waves around. Use it right after Stand Aside, I believe it cancels the animation.

So Auto->Auto->Decide if you can go all in -> E-> R-> W
