Hecarim bot lane?

i just dont see how it would be any better than hecarim jungle, top, or even mid. he's not at all viable as an adc for obvious reasons he has no support abilities, other than his ult if you're going for a kill lane then i guess anything is possible, but hec is a much better jungler
