Most champions in League don't have hard counters. In addition, Irelia is good at turning most lanes into skill matchups.

If you're looking for a favourable pick, Irelia really can't stop Nasus from farming and he typically outscales her.

Trundle is another good choice since you have similar sustain, you can steal her AD/Health/Armor/MR when fighting, and you can beat her in most duels.

Swain can also work since you can easily bully her early to deny her or snowball yourself. Irelia doesn't have very high burst damage when not ahead, so Swain can heal through a lot of her damage.
