I've been playing Morgana in the mid lane for a while now and want to get the right runes for her. I've been using the standard flat ap quints, flat ap marks, armor seals, and mr glyphs. I'd like to get runes that go specifically to Morgana. Thanks!
I actually prefer Scaling AP for her. Midlane clearing power is pretty high due to Soil, and thus farming potential tends to level you pretty fast unless hard-focused.
And Morg with enough AP is a monster.
CDR/level blues, scaling health yellows, mpen reds, AP quints.
cdr/level lets you go sorcs or mobies for more midgame power. morgana scales really well to 40% cdr because it lets her throw out a ton more bindings and shields and the mana cost on those abilities arent super restrictive.
Those look pretty good, but my secret-I grab one Spell Vamp quint. Those along with the spell vamp utility points in your masteries, along with 
(not necessarily in that order) and I think one other but I can't remember, along with her passive, you can get a crap ton of SV. You don't have to do that though.
