Wukong Jungle early clear time

I've been working on my wukong jungle again recently on a couple of accounts and noticed his cleartime is kinda slow. I've never had a good time early game with his jungle unless i rush hydra or something more for clear. I would have to have to get the farming jungle item when i prefer to take the chilling smite one for ganks. I'm runing 21/5/4 on my jungle damage mastery page and I have an attack speed jungle page with 19% attack speed, 8.5 AD and 9 armor. I also rush the Warrior enchantment for jungling because I prefer a more assassin/bruiser wukong over tank wukong. Any tips on how to improve my jungle wukong game play with runes and masteries.

Wukong is really slow early game so I generally try to hard farm with him or you will get way too far behind. For the most part I run ad quints, armor seals, ad marks, and crd glyphs. for masteries i run 21-9-0. I pretty much always start on my red side inorder to get the golem smite to stun monsters, after i clear red i head to river to take skuttle crab. Then you can try to cross to get the other skuttle and gromp b4 you back. I pretty much always get trailblazer over chilling, or skirmishers because you need the health and mana back. After i get the first uprade to my jungle item i usually rush black cleaver then upgrade boots and get cinder hulk. Thats just my play style tho, but in general i don't think there is a really good way to increase wukongs clear time.

Once Wukong gets Bami's Cinder his clear times go through the roof though.
