i need some help with xin

ok im having some issues with a champ i enjoy at the moment im building him top lane with brutalizer triforce hydra then buy some tanky items and boots somewhere early on i feel like this is very inefficient so i decided to remove the triforce and replace it with a tankier item, is this a good idea i've also heard he can be a very good jungler whats seems to be the best build for jungle xin? im running 9/21/0 masteries on him atm ive heard i should be going 21/9/0 sorry if its a bit hard to understand, thanks for any help
