The number of times I see a player go gromp/krugs blue/red and then red/blue and back. all jungle camps with the exception of wolves give the same amount of xp. When you take both buffs and back you're wasting the timer on them, when you could be ganking a lane with red or spamming spells with blue...
the reason people back is generally because of low health or to upgrade the jungle item so they can
get a better gank off because they can smite the enemy in lane
after a gank get more money from clearing camps
its not about wasting the buff with the exception of just a couple of junglers if you clear both buffs and 1 camp you have more than likely burned through both your health pots and are sitting at lowish health so ganking a lane would not be worth it.
