Good item set for noob Sivir

i'm a new player, started last month with a friend. She is not improving as much as she want. She is using Sivir, I use Cho Gath, usually playing along side the same lane, whatever lane is free.

She dont speak english very well, so she have difficulty understanding the different effect of each item.

So, leaugue of legend community, what foolproof item set up do you suggest for Sivir?

And, in which order purchasing them? Please, dont suggest fancy item with tricky active. She need a set up very straigforward and simple, that will help her in about every situation ;)
