Ranked Match Loss Prevention

Hi there, this will probably go completely unnoticed but I just wanted to give my two cents. I've been playing league pretty much daily since the beginning, I was a DOTA player as well back on Warcraft III so i'm not new to the genre or the community that comes with these kind of competitive games. I myself am a very competitive player and I've been trying to climb the ranked ladder for quite some time, but have never been able to claw myself out of gold. Now there are numerous reasons and I'll probably get a lot of responses like you only get as far as give etc, however over the past say year it's been proven to me that the league community has become very toxic. Almost every match I play now has got some player that flames everyone, for no given reason, or ruins the game for their team by feeding or running off alone to die, never to communicate or play as a group. Now it's gotten so bad that I play numerous ranked matches that have players go AFK or better yet leave the match, resulting in teams playing 4v5 (which i'm sure we've all been there) in a RANKED match. When i'm in my promotion series for Diamond playing these kinds of matches and losing because some player goes AFK because they didn't get the lane they wanted or leaves because they died once in lane and it's everyone elses fault really gets to me and it's beginning to affect my enjoyment of playing league. My suggestion is to implement some kind of Loss Prevention for unfair ranked matches, for instance when you play 4v5 or when a player deliberately feeds to the point where the game becomes unwinnable no matter how hard you play. I just find it so unfair when you play these games and it's ruined by ONE person, as are your chances of ever climbing the ranked ladder. Coming from a very passionate and long term player I really hope Riot cracks down on these "Trolls" because they are ruining the gaming experience for a lot of us.
