Can I place 2 boxes in red buffs bush and have mid and top take over while I go to my blue and have top take the buff in the bush and my boxes will kill it I smite blue and go right for their red (or vice versa) would I receive the red buff from my Jung?

As Shaco, a good strategy would be to kill your blue buff, use your q (Deceive) to get to the enemy's red quicker by hopping over the Baron or Dragon wall (as the CD from the blue buff will make your Deceive come back by the time you get to their red buff) and use a couple boxes to steal their red, and continue as you would jungling.
Another good strategy would be to (instead of stealing their red buff), totem their buff, and wait for the enemy jungler to come along and kill them as they're about to take the Lizard. This is a good way to secure a little extra gold from first blood, and be ahead in experience by a little (although I wouldn't recommend doing it with champions such as 
and 
as they have heavy AD early on).
