Hey guys! First off my english isn't that good so pardon me. I just need help about climbing elo, i am silver 1 atm and im struggling alot. 90% of games im fed and im doing good early game mostly, but when it comes to mid/lategame i dont find a way to carry my team. I mostly try to pick the squishies before fights and group as much as possible, but sometimes i try to splitpush aswell. I just cant figure when is a good time to splitpush or when to group in time to save my team from getting slaughtered. What is really my pain in the ass, is to watch my teammates running around alone somewhere and get caught, i ward all the time and be aware myself but my teammates seem not to know where the enemy team is even tho i write in chat and warn them, they still go facecheck and die. I just been struggling alot lately and now im here to ask help. I hope i will get some good tips and improve myself. Thanks alot ! :)

You have to remember teamwork is key. My advice early game is when one of your teammates die try to make them feel better, the moment they go on tilt it's down hill from there. Remember you can use the opposite to make it better for your team as well. If bot lane gets an early double, say "good job". It's not much, but it'll give them confidence to keep going. Ward the jungle, the best way to do that is to upgrade your trinket at level 9, it'll allow you to put one stealth trinket down every 60 seconds and they'll last longer too. Warding isn't just a support thing anymore. Ping, if you see the jungler going top then ping it and tell your top laner, just because you see it doesn't mean they do.

You can prevent your teammates from facechecking and dying by helping ward (upgrade your trink at level 9, try to always have 1 pink on the map, and buy a few greens early to help other laners).

And, if you're trying to figure out when to push and get other objectives from picks, then I recommend watching some pro games and high elo games/streams. It's from watching those that I learned good decision-making in the game. Another thing that is REALLY good to keep in mind after studying high elo strats is: even if you disagree with your team's decision, it is often better to have the whole team commit to one decision than to be divided because when your team is divided, nothing gets done at all.

Hope this helps! :)

if everything you said you do it right, then stop being worried and keep playing.

The only thing i would tell you right here, you are probably not honest with yourself and you surely need to improve one of your thing you do (said) so greatly. Don't look at your teamate, look at your game.

I thought the same before, yesterday i played a game with mostly silvers (im now Gold II not that high) and went 24/3/14 Mid Jarvan IV and literally destroyed everybody and win the game myself.

You are Silver 1 and you feel ''stuck'', it's only mean you have tons of improvement to do.

I would help you out, but this message pretty much mean ''Hey guys help me improve but i want to convice you first i play perfectly''. Go back to my 2nd line and work on this. Its the best advice you can get.
