Solo dragon at level 2

I heard from my friend that pantheon can slay dragon at level 2 and so I tried and it worked. So I know now that pantheon only needs his Q and W to get dragon. (red>recall>and run to dragon, or golem>recall>dragon, either way worked)

However, I'm not a big fan of pantheon, I pretty much suck with him so just became a dragon slayer the whole game, getting em dragon buffs for the team. Now I'm wondering if there is any other champion that can solo dragon at level 2? or at level 3? (prefer level 2 dragon though, level 3 dragon kind of gets risky)

...also tried to solo dragon as nunu at level 2, but got executed..<<I know I'm a noob but just wanted to try :(

Panth's passive is his biggest advantage. While I haven't tried myself any other champs that have a chance are Fiora, Fiddle or Warwick. WW and Fid for their absurd health return, but that's dependent on being able to out-heal dragon's new DPS. Fiora for her Riposte. You'd probably need blue buff for the CDR on her W-active to do it that early, but like I said haven't tried myself just yet.

Fiona can do it at lvl 3, but I think those are the only ones....fiora because Riposte.

Pantheon does it full health at level 2. Fiora at 3 but gets to low health fiddle and ww are both probably level 5 to clear, maybe 4 with certain items/runes/masteries. Again, they'll clear at lower health so it's risky.
