[Improving][Csing][Trading][Mechanics][Learning new champions][This is the thread for you!]

Interested in improving there league mechanics and techniques? If this applys you can join me in 60 custom games practicing csing and trading attacks with the enemy these games would be up with 20 games(10min games)** without runes and masteries, no ability's no, items**. After experiencing those 20 games we would move on to farming with runes and masteries, with ability's for 20 games (10min games). Finally moving on to trading and farming at the same time learning different stances and the correct way to trade while farming. Cs goals would be (70-80) by 10min and (170) by 20 min with enemy pressure and a realistic environment. If so add me on league @ PhoKingPerfect don't mind the ranking thats a long story to tell lol.
