Lot of things happen as i went through the elos. After climbing my main to diamond 2 ( Peak ). I created a smurf and went from bronze to plat 2 atm all over summer. I learned lots of things and different things in each elo.
Playing adc in bronze or silver is frankly easy. People are unresponsive and coordination is absolutely horrible. Every couple games you get a smurf or a tryhard who carries the game, but besides this most people arent good. Just complainers who like to cry about their teammates and why they can't climb. You wanna get to gold? means you have to learn the game and carry yourself. Reading tips and stuff helps but what helps most if being able to get into the mindset of a carry.
This means you don't flame at your team. Why should you? It's bronze/silver and people suck, you can't expect anything from them. Except focus on your gameplay solely. Work on simple things like csing better, and getting kills that you know will help you carry. Only 2 carries I played during my climb, was graves and vayne. Graves simply because of his strong kit. Ability to destroy most of all other adcs even when behind. It's hard to explain how to climb to someone. You just need to get better at the game. Being aware, and most importantly how to handle yourself in situations. For example, I really enjoyed playing vayne during climbing because of how easy it was. The enemy adc misplays and is out of position, I take advantage of it and kill her. Even when the fights are going bad, my experiences and knowledge of the game allow me to make clutch plays like cleaning up fights.
If you can't adc well enough to the point where you can outplay most other plays, I don't suggest playing adc. Itd be easier to carry through low elo with someone like daruis or skarner or morde. Super meta and super strong. They can't ban all the strong champions.
