Azir CDR options
Ive been thinking about azir cdr options. As cdr is almost crucial for a azir ive tried and tested several ways to achive cdr.
most obvious is building cdr iteams. Cdr ruunes and cdr masteries.
When i started i had 5 cdr from masteries then an item like morellos/athena/nashors for 20 then boots for 15 this achives 40, which i think is most common build, but leaves something to be desired.. like damage and tankyness
to get staright to the point ive been using scaling cdr quints. .28 cdr per level three qunts is .84 per level 15 at level 18
they have dual purpose, they are scaling cdr and scaling attack speed
my build is usually a tear boots then RoA then whatever iteam that gives you 20 cdr i like nashors or morellos, then straight damage or more tankyness depends on whats needed
